Sales & Customer Engagement:

Key Responsibilities:

Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized fragrance recommendations.

Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting niche fragrances to clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

Deliver exceptional customer service by offering a tailored shopping experience.

Product Knowledge & Presentation:

Develop in-depth knowledge of our exclusive fragrance collections and their ingredients.

Educate customers about niche perfumes, the brand's heritage, and the uniqueness of each fragrance.

Assist in product demonstrations, showcasing the fragrances in a manner that highlights their qualities.

Sales Reporting & Feedback:

Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.

Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activity to the management.

Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising:

Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure products are displayed attractively.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the luxury or niche fragrance industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive retail environment.

Customer-focused with a passion for luxury products.

Deep interest in and knowledge of perfumes, especially niche and luxury fragrances.

Well-groomed, professional, and able to represent the brand image.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
