Responsibilities:Implement improvements to internal procedures and controls to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and protect the business interests of the company.Carry out duties as tasked, ensuring that the company service standards, objectives, internal policies & procedures, and company values are met or exceeded at all times.How Your Job Fits Into the Company:Why You Are Important to Us: The appearance of the store and the customer experience significantly impact the success of the business. It is the responsibility of the Visual Merchandising Brand Head to manage and direct the VM team to maintain brand visual merchandising guidelines that enhance customer experience, increase brand/store attraction, and directly impact sales.Collaboration:External: Establish working relationships with mall representatives, external service providers, and contractors for the delivery of renovations and display projects.Internal: Continuously direct, monitor, and train the VM team regarding current initiatives, promotions, displays, and brand guidelines.Challenges: The retail industry is competitive. You are responsible for creating a unique customer experience that stands out from the competition through a visually impactful environment. Stay updated with technology, trends, and customer feedback to maximize the effectiveness of your assigned stores.Success Measurement: Measured by the efficiency and effectiveness of the VM teams in processing and implementing new products, promotions, or display initiatives, and overall compliance with SOPs and brand directives. Success also includes team leadership, collaboration, commitment, proactivity, and continuous learning.Knowledge and Experience Needed:A fashion or design-related degree is beneficial.10+ years of fashion retail experience.5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 5 years in ladies' fashion retail outlets.Essential Skills:Eye for design and artistic flair.Extensive understanding of visual merchandising in a fashion retail environment.Team leadership and communication skills.Collaborative approach and customer-centric attitude.Competencies for Success:Technical Excellence: Knowledge and skills to perform the role effectively.Consistency & Quality: Ability to follow established systems & procedures while seeking continuous improvement.Customer Focus: Demonstrating a customer-first attitude and behavior.Collaboration: Working with colleagues to gain consensus for win-win solutions.Leadership Competencies:Customer Centric: Drives processes to improve operational effectiveness.Operational Excellence: Continuously seeks to enhance operational delivery.Results Orientation: Driven to achieve targets and goals.Educator: Builds team capabilities to increase effectiveness and career progression.
