Plan, execute, and oversee quality inspections and tests on machining and gear components and assemblies, using advanced tools and equipmentAnalyze test data and generate quality reports, identifying any non-conformities or defects, and recommending solutionsDevelop and implement quality standards, procedures, and documentation, following ISO 9001, AS9100, and other relevant regulationsConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for any quality issues, using structured problem-solving techniques such as 8D, DMAIC, etc.Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering and manufacturing teams on quality-related matters, such as design reviews, process validations, risk assessments, etc.
