Job DescriptionHow does your working day look like …ResponsibilitiesEvent Setup: Set up and configure audio-visual equipment including microphones, speakers, projectors, screens, and lighting systems in event spaces throughout the hotel.Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support during events to troubleshoot and resolve any audio-visual issues promptly.Sound Mixing and Control: Operate sound mixing consoles and audio equipment to ensure optimal sound quality during events. Balance audio levels and adjust settings as needed.Video Support: Set up and operate video equipment such as projectors, monitors, and cameras for presentations, video conferencing, and other visual needs.Collaboration: Collaborate with event planners, organizers, and hotel staff to understand event requirements and provide tailored AV solutions.Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and inventory AV equipment, ensuring that all devices are in good working condition.
