5-7 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across print, digital, and branding.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.Proven experience in designing a variety of formats including catalogs, brochures, posters, and social media graphics. Experience with website-related design and exhibition booth/display designs is a plus.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), with advanced skills in InDesign.Strong understanding of print design, including prepress, color correction, and file preparation for different types of printing.Familiarity with web design principles.Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an advantage.Strong understanding of branding and how to create cohesive designs across platforms.Creativity & Problem-Solving:Exceptional creativity with a keen sense of typography, color theory, and layout design.Ability to conceptualize innovative designs aligned with marketing strategies and brand identity.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle tight deadlines and shifting priorities.Project Management:Proven ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales departments.Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to take creative direction and implement feedback effectively.Capacity to present and explain design concepts clearly to non-design stakeholders.Ability to quickly adapt to emerging trends and new technology in graphic design.Experience designing for different markets or industries is a plus.Soft Skills:Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Open to constructive feedback and collaborative problem-solving.A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both print and digital mediums is required for consideration.
