eMagine Solutions client are hiring for a Brand Manager with strong marketing and beauty experience. You will play a pivotal role in sculpting comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with their overarching business goals.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

Formulating and refining annual brand plans which detail key initiatives, exciting product launches, and dynamic promotional activities.

Collaborating with product development teams to ensure the successful introduction of new beauty products.

Overseeing the lifecycle of existing products, making astute recommendations for their revitalization or phased discontinuation based on strategic insights.

Conducting thorough market research to keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and shifting consumer preferences, which will directly influence product development trajectories, marketing strategies, and broader brand positioning.

Ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration with sales, design, and supply chain teams to execute all brand initiatives flawlessly.

Working alongside the creative team to craft compelling brand messages that are consistent across all communication channels.

Assisting in crafting and executing cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, including managing social media campaigns, forging influencer partnerships, and leading online promotions.

Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics from digital endeavors to refine strategies and maximize their impact.

Supporting the Brand Manager in budget oversight, ensuring optimal cost-effectiveness and strong return on investment for all marketing activities.

Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to gauge the success of brand initiatives and regularly presenting these findings to management.

Building and maintaining robust relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and market presence.

This role is designed for a visionary with a profound understanding of brand strategy and a proven track record in marketing within the FMCG industry, who is eager to drive our brand forward in a competitive landscape.
