Job Description:

As a Senior Forex Sales Manager, you will leverage your industry experience and network to drive business growth, expand our client base, and build lasting relationships with both new and existing clients and introducing brokers (IBs). You'll play a vital role in our success by meeting monthly sales targets and ensuring top-tier client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Retention:

Strategically develop and execute plans to attract new clients and IBs.

Build and nurture strong relationships with current clients and IBs.

Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.

Portfolio Management:

Manage and expand your existing portfolio of clients and IBs.

Provide exceptional service and ensure client needs are met.

Target Achievement:

Consistently meet monthly client acquisition and revenue targets.

Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.

Marketing and Promotion:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure all business activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Forex Sales.

Arabic language is Mandatory.

Client Portfolio:

Must have an existing portfolio of clients and/or introducing brokers (IBs).

Sales Skills:

Proven track record of consistently achieving monthly sales targets.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Industry Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of the Forex market and industry trends.

Familiarity with the current regulatory environment.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CRM software and the MS Office Suite.

Knowledge of trading platforms and financial analysis tools.
