Role & Responsibilities- A customer support representative works to develop leads to grow a business. He/She works directly with customers to recommend products and services to fit their needs. He/She anticipates customer concerns and offers practical solutions to resolve them. They work from an office by interacting with clients on the phone and social media platforms. He/She works on sales and is responsible for consistently achieving targets.- Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services.- Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease.- Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times.- Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use.- Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team.- Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers.- Accurately record customer demographics, sales orders, or other information digitally or in written form.- Communicate with clients in English, Hindi, or other local languages, or refer them to a capable member of the team.Preferred Candidate Profile- Male or female, under 35 years old, fluent in English and Hindi.- 10th Std, 12th Std, bachelor's degree/diploma or equivalent experience preferred.- Fresher or 2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred.- Ability to cooperate with and support other members of the customer service team.- Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.- Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision.- Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail.- Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in training and professional development.- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment.- High emotional intelligence, strong language expression ability.- Outgoing and cheerful, able to socialize and make friends.- Positive, enthusiastic, idealistic, and willing to challenge for a high salary.Perks and Benefits- Tax-free salary paid in USD + Monthly performance bonus on achieving individual targets.- Provide free food and accommodation (on a shared basis).- Year-end project dividend bonus.- Birthday cake and party on your birthday.- Organize a team trip or pay a quarterly bonus every quarter.- Upon completion of one year, the company will provide to-and-fro air tickets to India with a paid holiday for 15 days.
