We are looking for individuals who want to build a successful and rewarding career, as well as those who enjoy fun and getting involved in more than just the standard day-to-day.What you'll be doing:Making outbound calls to customers to ensure they are happy with their telephone and broadband setup and encourage long-term satisfaction.Building trusting relationships with your assigned customer accounts with a focus on improving retention and loyalty.Answering inbound calls from customers and raising cases on our Salesforce CRM system.Providing technical advice to Yo Telecom customers.Understanding and working to Company SLAs.Developing knowledge about multiple technologies to better serve and retain customers.Seeing problems as challenges and finding effective solutions that enhance customer experience.Working as part of a wider team and taking part in Yo life.Working hours: Monday - Friday: 11am - 8pmRequirementsAre you the person we are looking for?Fluent in English (verbal and written).Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service and administration.Experience managing multiple customer accounts.Knowledge of the telecoms industry or previous experience in technical support is beneficial.Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Proactive and responsive work ethic.A passion for people and business.Creative thinking combined with problem-solving skills.You can find out more about Yo via our websites and/or socials, but if you think you could be our perfect match, get in touch!About the CompanyYo Telecom is an award-winning telecommunications provider that specializes in small to medium-sized businesses.
