We're urgently hiring a Typist for the Public Relations department.Responsibilities:Preparing the visa application on labor program Smart application.Follow up for the application approval on the labor program Smart application.Preparing application to immigration for entry permit on time Smart application.Preparing Arabic letters.Checking the list of employees in Q-form.Checking in Thasheel work permit and labor card status (New and Renew).Prepare and update the employee list with visa/passport and other details.Preparing documents for visa and labor card renewal.E-Dirham and CBD online cash balance checking and report to head.Cooperate with PRO supervisor.Preparing all documents (labor office and Immigration) to submit.Checking the list of labor office on the e-netwasal program every day.Provide requirements like visa and passport copies to new employees to get their medical fitness certificates.Checking of missing documents through e-netwasal and submit the requirements to Labor through PRO's to clear the same.All other jobs as per the instruction from Public Relation Supervisor/Manager.Job Type: Full-timeAbility to Commute/Relocate:Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Question(s):What's your visa status?Do you agree with the proposed salary?Experience:Typist in public relations department: 2 years (Required)
