Take over a key role as an Account Manager (Healthcare) in the Business Development department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success. What we expect from you:

Analyze daily partner and vertical performance metrics, ensuring service quality is maintained while addressing feedback and complaints to uphold high customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue prospective B2B clients, converting leads into long-term booking and sales partnerships.
Manage crew calendars, coordinate bookings, and oversee daily operations at the home healthcare facility center to ensure efficient service delivery.
Achieve operational excellence and address operational issues by ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist partners with day-to-day queries and ensure alignment across functions.
Contribute to and expand service offerings, aligning them with vertical standards by gathering and applying market insights.
Provide regular reports on growth, partner performance, and market trends to senior management, offering actionable insights to drive vertical and business development.

What we are looking for:

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in account management and sales, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, insurance, or pharmacy sectors.
A proactive individual with strong personal leadership skills, capable of functioning independently and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
A data-driven mindset with sound business judgment, demonstrated through analytical thinking and proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
The ability to take initiative and adapt quickly in a constantly evolving work environment.
