Product Specialist - Riyadh Life Unlimited. At Smith+Nephew, we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living. Our products are in 100 countries globally and supporting this takes a huge effort. What will you be doing? This role is responsible for the execution of marketing strategies and tactical plans that promotes S&N product superiority. Responsible, in coordination with the regional marketing Managers to drive revenue and market share for the Division and maintain customer relations with major accounts while driving the customer requirements back into the Company. What will you need to be successful?

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the distributor.
  • Conduct product presentations to different customer levels: physicians, nurses, purchasers, decision makers.
  • Conduct product training in-house. Training to include product features and benefits, positioning, competitive advantages, role play, etc.
  • Assist in the identification and assessment of the field and marketing support needs making recommendations to management when appropriate.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the BU staff and regional marketing managers.
  • Act as a communication link between the marketing organization and the BU in order to resolve problems, quality issues, manufacturing defects, and other related issues.
Successful candidates would need the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree relating to Medical and Marketing.
  • Three years in product marketing.
  • In-theatre and/or clinical marketing experience would be ideal.
