Oracle HRMS Consultant (Oil & Gas - Temporary Position) Key Result Areas1. Actively engage and support HR in business process workshops and conference room pilot sessions2. Conduct gap analysis of current processes versus recommended processes3. Make suggestions for viable workarounds to suit HR business process within standard Oracle functionality4. Support the HR customization recommendation process and document requirements5. Review and assess vendor delivery of developed customizations6. Review and approve all documentation prior to the SME's7. Lead the User Acceptance Testing prior to the SME's8. Manage and arrange the HR and Business User Training function9. Document sound recommendations for interfaces with other systems10. Assist managing user expectations within the HR Department11. Lead an organization wide change management initiative for the ERP project. Overcome resistance and barriers to change through a solid change campaign.
