Key One Realty Group is currently seeking a talented and innovative Senior Interior Designer who can think creatively about the use of space, color, and movement, and is specialized in modern and contemporary interior and exterior design. The ideal candidate should be an effective communicator, fast, and productive.
Responsibilities:
- Shop drawing with material description and method of construction.
- Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
- Prepare design and shop drawings based on the designs.
- Able to interpret the designs according to the materials availabilities and site execution.
- Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in this field.
- Proven UAE working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions), preferably Modern/Luxury Residential Properties.
- Expertise in layouts, colours, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Twin motion and Escape3D, and other render engine programs.
- Excellent portfolio of previous works.
- Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- BS degree or equivalent in Interior Design or similar.
- Excellent communication skills with teamwork and clients, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.
- Ability to accept criticism to improve the design value.
- Experience with Italian Brands is a big plus.
