We are looking for an Arabic Speaker result-driven Marketing Executive to join our team based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be reporting to the E-Commerce and Marketing Manager and will be responsible for executing marketing and branding activities, strategy and plans.The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a proven ability to think strategically and creatively, and a genuine passion for branding, innovation, and advertising.ResponsibilitiesExecute marketing and branding activities to support the implementation of the marketing strategy.Execute and monitor marketing campaigns through the CRM platform.Assist in the development of the E-commerce strategy and plans.Coordinate branding activities and ensure implementation as per approved branding standards.Efficiently liaise with agencies/suppliers/departments to deliver marketing materials requests.Develop, update, and distribute corporate marketing collaterals that support Taqeef's corporate positioning, commercial, business, and brand objectives.Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing plans are appropriately executed as per Taqeef strategy.Provide marketing and logistics support to departments in launching corporate or industry events.Prepare and follow up on marketing expenditure claims from principal partners.Monitor marketing budget cost allocation related to marketing and branding activities.Work with CSR partners to execute Taqeef's CSR offering, manage key campaign deliverables, and coordinate staff involvement logistics.Minimum RequirementsDegree in relevant field or Marketing. Certified Marketing Management Professional is a plus.5 to 6 years of experience in the field of marketing, product branding, or digital marketing.Ability to execute online and offline marketing initiatives and CRM campaigns.Key SkillsStrong communication skills, proactive attitude, logical thinking ability, good teamwork spirit and a strong sense of responsibility.Strong analytical skills with the ability to dig into the details.High attention to detail.Fluent in English; Arabic is a must.Advanced MS Office skills.What's great about the job?Ours is a culture of collaboration, curiosity and innovation.
