Establish and execute programs for provision of capital required by KSA business both fund based and non-fund based facilities and assess the working capital requirements for long term. To establish and maintain lines of communications with bankers and other financial institutions. Initiate the KSA budgeting process every year and ensure timely accurate budget preparation, Working closely with the project team, functional departments for KSA and finalization of budget and performance variances. Consolidate and prepare the KSA budget and KSA MIS monthly and quarterly in a timely and accurate manner. Pull together an integrated view of KSA region performance. Support the Country Head KSA in business planning and strategic decisions making for new projects and major business development initiatives. For business operations understand the key contracts profitability and help the KSA country management to develop and refine the project cost and set up a system to forecast the cost to complete the projects accurately. Ensure that performance improvement / cost control initiative coming out of KSA business reviews and project operations are implemented on time and yield the necessary business impact. Participate in accounts finalization, represent KSA business in statutory audits. Ensure timely and accurate KSA level cash forecasting and making necessary arrangements for covering shortfall and making resource planning for meeting the business needs. Working closely with the marketing and the business development team of KSA to set up credit standards / terms for receivables, collection plan and targets, setting working capital targets based on cash flow requirement of the project and country. Ensure integrity and control a continuous improvement across F&A processes, ensure processes are executed. Drive the internal audit observations and drive the implementation of corrective / preventive measures within the company and country. Academic Qualifications : Chartered Accountant with 20 to 25 years experience of working in large Construction Company with relevant experience as a CFO and with experience of working in Middle East Countries. Technical Skills : Fundraising ability in overseas environment and strategic orientation towards business. Understanding of Local/International Accounting Systems and Procedures. Ability to conduct a Business Audit. Ability to create a Financial Risk Assessment for a business and be able to mitigate them through a Plan.
