Key Accountabilities:
- Identify, Communicate and Manage the discrepancies between the engineering data pack and the manufacturing data pack (Manage)
- Review and Analyse the Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) of released data packs (Manage)
- Affectively communicate production issues to relevant departments (Execute)
- Coordinate and implement engineering changes on the shop floor (Manage)
- Identify production issues on the assembly line and lead problem-solving teams to perform root cause analyses (Execute)
- Drive objectives to achieve production KPI's (Safety / Quality / Volume / Costs) (Manage)
- Identify issues in efficiency and implement improvements (Execute)
- Monitor and report on production variations through statistical process controls (SPC) (Execute)
- Ensure health and safety regulations are met
Experience & Education Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Production Engineer. Minimum requirement of an Engineering Degree and fluency in English. Preferred experience in development engineering and new product launches. Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering and/or a qualification in DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly).Key Skills:
