Head of Budget Accounting and Inventory

Supervise, monitor and develop the operations related to budget accounting and inventory as well of developing an effective managerial accounting policies and process to achieve the organization objectives and vision. 1. Act as an advisor to department managers in formulating their budget submissions2. Review proposed budget submissions from department managers for accuracy and completeness3. Examine capital budget requests and issue recommendations to the approval committee4. Coordinate capital budgeting approvals5. Review the budget model for calculation errors6. Update the budget model as requested to account for significant changes in the business environment7. Maintain the budgeting policies and procedures manual8. Supervise the organization storing/ archiving monitoring system from spare parts and fuel compulsion9.
