Oversee the production process,ensuring that the work is being executed efficiently andaccurately.Make sure the deadlines of theproduction activities are met, keeping a close eye on the qualitystandards and compliance with the safetyregulations.Monitor the working conditions ofthe employees, verifying that they operate safely and comply withthe company's policies.Identifyimprovement opportunities for the manufacturing process, increasingefficiency and profitability.Developstrategies to reduce the costs of production while meeting thehighest standards of quality.Maintain andoptimize the machinery, minimizing the potentialrisks.Report any issue detected during theproduction process to the concerneddepartment.Maintain accurate records of theproduction output and manufacturing schedule.JobRequirementsBachelor's degree inManufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or otherrelevant fields.Proven experience as aManufacturing Unit Assistant or relatedroles.Hands-on experience with the operationand maintenance of manufacturing machinery andequipment.High attention to detail, withexcellent problem solving and decision-makingskills.Ability to multitask and adhere totight deadlines.
