Please do not apply unless you have lubricantmanufacturing or packing industryexperience.JobDescriptionPrincipalAccountabilities:Developand execute strategic sourcing activities for assigned spendcategories leveraging industry best practices commodity experiencesourcing methodology and global partnerships whenever possibleunder the supervision of the ProcurementManager.Proactively aligns stakeholders andnecessary support internally for successful projectimplementation.Develops RFI / RFP / RFQ fornew and existing products.Procures materialfrom vendors in a costeffective manner while remaining consistentwith quality delivery and projectpriority.Negotiates vendor contracts reviewsand ensures vendor performance to assure contract fulfillment andinternal customer satisfaction.Implementsourcing projects across multiple plants for standardizationpreferred supplier utilization cost savings and operationalefficiencies.Researches and analyzesquotations received selects or recommendsvendors.Analyzes and reports preferred vendorutilization savings project completion supplier savings validationsinflation inventory history utilization/consumptionetc.Takes a proactive approach to resolvingissues with vendors and internal customers utilizing organizationalsavvy and strong analytical and problemsolvingskills.Assists with other/specific projects asneeded.QualificationsEDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCEBachelorsDegree in Mechanican Engineering or relatedfield.Minimum 23 years of previous lubricantor packaging industry experience is amust.Negotiation experiencerequired.Experience and Knowledge of theSourcing process.Indirect and Direct SourcingExperience: Packaging Materials (Label Carton Bottle Caps SealPallets) Laboratory Equipment Event Management Personal ProtectiveEquipment Chemical Supplies Lubricants Electrical/electronic SupplyOracle Netsuite.Fluent English speaker Arabicspeaker is a plus.Job Types:Fulltime ContractContract length: 24monthsPay: AED4500.00 AED5500.00 permonthApplicationQuestion(s):Lubricant or PackingIndustry Experience YES or NOAre youcomfortable with salary AED 4000 AED5500Education:Bachelors(Required)Experience:Procurement(Lubricant or Packing Industry): 2 years(Required)Language:English(Required)Arabic(Preferred)This job has been sourced from anexternal job board.
