Thisrole is a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid or remotecapacity, blending the best of both worlds to provide exceptionallegal services to our clients. Very client-facing role with a focuson corporate restructuring, equity swaps, roll up agreements, andmost general contracts that will come up. This position offers thechance to work on challenging and fun legal issues, whilemaintaining a healthy work-life balance.Greatopportunity for someone looking to work their way up in the firmand really sink their teeth into thepractice!QualificationsPersonality that loves client-facingwork with folks in the hospitality industry, with focus on IQ andEQ.Must have 3-5+ years of experience incorporate law, with a focus on corporate restructuring, contracts,etc.Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills, with the ability to handle complex legalissues.Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complexlegal concepts to clients.Strong negotiationskills, with the ability to secure favorable terms for ourclients.The ability to work effectively in ahybrid/remote environment, demonstrating strong self-motivation anddiscipline.Excellent interpersonal skills,with the ability to work well as part of a team and build strongrelationships with clients.
