VxRail Support Engineer

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of VxRail systems. Learn and gain proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues specific to VxRail. Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure successful integration and operation of VxRail systems. Assist in regular system updates, patches, and firmware upgrades for VxRail. Support system performance analysis and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement. Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to VxRail systems, processes, and solutions. Participate in training sessions and knowledge transfer activities related to VxRail. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in VxRail and related domains. VxRack/Powerflex Rack administration experience VCE/CPSD certification - preferred Strong UCS skills/UCS certification - preferred. Good working knowledge of EMC storage/certification - preferred. Good working knowledge of Cisco Networking/certification - preferred Strong IT/Datacentre skills/customer- facing experience/background.
