Now We Are Hiring!Position: Tech Mentor - Oracle EBSSector: Information TechnologyNationality: Saudi Arabia OnlyClient & Location: HCL, RiyadhReadiness to Join: 30 days or less.Job Description (Tech Mentor - Oracle EBS) Proficient in technical consulting of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) Expertise in Oracle Technologies such as Forms, Reports, Workflow, XML Publisher, PL/SQL, SQL, and OAF (Oracle Application Framework). Proficient in Oracle database design, SQL query building and programming procedures /functions. Hands-on experience with Oracle R12 modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, and Projects. Proficient in Agile development methodologies and tools. Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of IT professionals and drive performance. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, senior management, and other stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple training projects. Provides specialist guidance and advice to less experienced colleagues to ensure best use is made of available assets, and to maintain or improve the installation service. Ensures that services and meet and continue to meet their agreed performance targets and service levels. Collaborate with the Technical SMEs and involve in training delivery honing. Ability to manage the functional escalations in training from the client side.
