Professional Experience:
We are looking for an engineer with a proven track record in architectural engineering. A minimum of two years of previous experience in a similar role is required. This experience should involve working on architectural projects and collaborating with architects and other engineers.Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in engineering software is essential, specifically AutoCAD (knowledge in drawing with layers and layouts is a must), Revit, and/or SketchUp. Additionally, a strong knowledge of Saudi building codes, standards, and regulations will be advantageous in this role. The ideal candidate should be able to apply these technical skills to create accurate and detailed architectural drawings.Attention to Detail:
As an engineer, attention to detail is crucial. You should have the ability to focus on blow-up details, precision in scale, and naming architectural layouts. Your skills in translating design concepts into 2D drawings should be exceptional.Team Collaboration:
Collaboration is key in the architectural engineering process. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be able to effectively work alongside architects and other engineers. Proficiency in the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking, is required. The ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms is important.Adaptability and Time Management:
Our projects often have strict deadlines and require the ability to adapt to changing priorities. We are seeking an engineer who can effectively manage their time, ensuring timely completion of tasks without compromising quality. The ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines is essential. As we are specifically looking for a Saudi Engineer, candidates with knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards will be preferred.
