Overview of the role: Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing, identifying, and creating new sales opportunities. He / She will be customer’s primary point of contact and will be responsible for meeting revenue goals for an assigned book of accounts. What you will do :

  • Develop Al Futtaim Engineering brand image and prequalify brand with industry consultants.
  • Initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the ELV projects division
  • Identify and target new customers with new sales opportunities.
  • Achieve targeted orderbook, gross margin, revenue, and unit sales target through effective sales process management, increasing customer retention and efficient sales development strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the key consultants and contractors within the construction industry.
  • Proactively managing customer requirements for on-time delivery considering lead-times, product specification changes and customer demand.
  • Manage all the elements including but not limited to estimation, preparation/submission of quotation, negotiation, submission/approval of shop drawings/ technical submittals of the sales process on an individual level as well as a team.
  • Collect market data and perform analysis for projects
Skills Required skills to be succesful: •Strong verbal and written communication skill. •Self-motivated with skills to motivate others. •Able to work under pressure What equips you for the role ? Engineering degree or any equivalent qualification. Minimum 3-4 years of relevant sales experience in KSA in the ELV projects domain Strong working relationship with the key consultants, contractors and the partners in the ELV domain. #J-18808-Ljbffr
