As experienced BIM/CAD drafting service provider we generate and manage digital 3D models that streamline and automate the decision-makingprocess throughout the project.Founded in 1987 with more than 35+ years of experience.Job DescriptionLead day to day execution of one or more scrum teams or project teamsFacilitate release and sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, driving continuous improvement and effective stakeholder engagementFacilitate sprint planning sessions and provide sprint commitment updates to business via status reporting as well as stakeholder review sessionsWork with Product Owner to understand, organize and prioritize the product back logAssist development team and Product Owner to refine product functionality and product back log, proposing possible approaches or solutions to accelerate delivery and/or ensure product continues to meet business case objectivesIdentify and remove impediments (risks and issues) impacting release and program level teamsCommunicate progress as required (weekly / monthly status reporting and other enterprise governance exercises / checkpoints), raising risks and issues to Product Owner and other key stakeholdersCollaborate and coordinate with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Delivery Managers and Domain Managers in a multipleagileteam environmentFacilitate technical discussions with Architects and Developers to resolve technical challenges the team encountersCoordinate UAT testing with end usersWork with the Delivery Manager to introduce and continuously improve delivery best practices, (e.g. XP Engineering practices such as: automated testing, refactoring, pair programming, test driven development, and continuous integration).Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Program Managers, Project Managers and Domain Managers across the enterprise to adopt, standardize and document delivery best practicesQualificationsThe ideal candidate should have 5+ years ofAgileScrum Master experience as well as project management experience in more traditional methodologiesStrong team leadership skills, driving effective team operating models and improving team maturity levels in understanding process and increasing productivity via influence rather than direct authorityStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills including executive stakeholder managementConsulting experience highly preferredExperience leading the change from waterfall methodologies towardsagilemethodologies and practicesExperience working with globally distributed teams highly preferredExperience leading teams consisting of employees, contractors and strategic partnersMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment where production releases occur in 2-4 week durationsAbility to interpret burn down charts, burn up charts, SCRUM & Kanban boards to know the teams progressGood exposure to sizing techniques used inagileprocessAbility to improve team maturity levels in understanding process and increasing productivity in terms of velocityExposure usingAgileLife Cycle Management tools including JIRA or RallyFamiliar with knowledge management tools such as Sharepoint, Confluence etc.Scrum Master and ScaledAgileFramework certifications are a must
