Work Experience: 10.0 Year(s) To 15.0 Year(s) Function: Legal & Regulatory / Company Secretary o Help design and implement tax policies and strategies from Legal perspective.o Specialized in handling the legal aspects of tax regulations.o Exposed to different international and regional Tax Legislations especially in the Gulf (Qatar is a plus).o Aligned with the latest tax updates globally and regionally and capable to answer questions of taxpayers.o Strong skills in research foreign different tax laws, analysis, benchmark and writing relevant tax laws and regulations.o Excellent presentation and communication skills.o Masters' degree in Law (PHD is a plus) with a minimum Legal Tax experience of 12 years within a Governmental Tax Authority.o Preferred to be bilingual (Arabic/English).It is an international association of legally separate, independent member firms comprised of tax and legal professionals around the world.
