Job Description:Providing a high level of customer service and professional communication skillsTransferring the call to the required contact per the caller requestResponding to patients calling with general queriesProviding clear visibility to the organization by insearting all the data in systemAchieving the required level of patient satisfaction through the customer survey after the end of each call.Booking appointmentsRe-scheduling appointmentsCancelling appointmentConfirming appointments 24hr prior to appointment date.Registering new patients over the phone.Processing complaintsCalling back patient with outcome of complaint managementEscalating complaints that can't be resolved within standards set by the ClinicEducation & Experience:Education: Diploma or any qualification degreeExperience Fields: customer Service, Telesales, ability to communicate clearly, read and write effectively; in English and ArabicYears of Experience : Fresh graduate or experience in customer service, contact center, Telesales or customer care position
