**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the company's supply chain and logistics operations.
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods, while minimizing costs and maintaining quality standards.
- Analyze supply chain data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and increase profitability.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain and logistics professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain performance, enhance operational efficiency, and drive cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety requirements related to supply chain and logistics operations.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on key metrics, performance trends, and strategic initiatives related to supply chain and logistics.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of success in optimizing supply chain and logistics operations, driving process improvements, and achieving cost savings.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and insights, and develop actionable strategies and solutions.
- Solid understanding of supply chain management principles, logistics processes, and industry best practices.
**Salary**: Up to QAR10,000.00 per month
