**Exciting, Travelling PA role with a VIP client, separate accommodation provided with access to a vehicle and tax-free salary!**:
**Job Summary**:
- The majority of the role will focus on the principal's personal affairs however there may be some involvement within her businesses. You will liaise with House Managers who take care of property related responsibilities.
**Duties**:
You will be the principal's main point of contact and right hand person for all matters relating to her personal affairs offering comprehensive lifestyle management including but not limited to:
- Diary Management and ensuring personal commitments don't conflict with business agendas
- Travel arrangement and itinerary planning
- Booking appointments
- Personal shopping
- Researching points of interest for the client including countries to visit and events to attend
- Liaising house managers regarding property arrangements
- Implementing systems to manage communication in a simple and synchronised way allowing the principal to access important information at the drop of a hat
- Occasional business administration support including meeting arrangements, calendar management
- Travelling with client and replicating the above duties while overseas (UK, Europe and occasionally USA)
- Understanding of middle eastern culture is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, polite, discreet with a strong level of English
- You will have proven longevity within your CV supporting high profile/high net worth clientele
- Adaptable to the changing nature of the role
- Able to work autonomously but also able to operate effectively as part of a wider team
- Tech savvy and open to learning new apps etc
