Job PurposeThe Project Manager will oversee and manage arange of projects, ensuring alignment with client business environments andcompany objectives. This role is suitable for a professional with 2-3 years ofexperience in project management, possessing a strong ability to lead,coordinate, and maintain high standards across all project phases.Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead projects aligning with client business environments andobjectives.Coordinate with stakeholders internally and externally,including managing onsite and offshore teams.Guide the project management team, allocating tasks andensuring project alignment with goals.Conduct project reviews, maintain high productivity, andensure progress towards objectives.Manage PMO documentation and report to the PMO head.Foster positive relationships with team members and clients,and support PMs.Oversee project risks, planning, execution, and delivery,including SDLC.Consult on project-related issues, business processreengineering, and IT.Prepare feasibility studies, analyze gaps, and evaluatesolutions.Knowledgeable in investment, business domains, and bankingsolutions.Manage stakeholder relationships and project documentation.Use Enterprise Architecture frameworks for businessalignment.Handle vendors, contracts, and prepare statements of work(SOW).Proficient in MS Project, MS Visio, MS Office, and JIRA.RequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or relatedfield.2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably infin-tech or similar industries.Proficiency in MS Project, MS Visio, MS Office, JIRA.SkillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, andnegotiation abilities.Effective stakeholder management and presentation skills.Leadership and team management capabilities.Expertise in SDLC and various project management tools.
