About Our Client One of the leading mixed use real estate developments categorized as a Giga Project in Saudi Arabia, KSA Job DescriptionConduct thorough feasibility analysis for real estate development projects, including financial, market, and risk assessments.Evaluate potential sites for development based on zoning regulations, environmental considerations, and market demand.Develop and maintain governance frameworks and processes for real estate feasibility assessments, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and construction, to ensure alignment on feasibility criteria and project objectives.Review and analyze project proposals, feasibility studies, and financial models to identify potential risks and opportunities.Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to real estate feasibility, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.Provide guidance and support to project teams on compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in real estate development.Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting real estate feasibility analysis.Assist in the development of policies, procedures, and standards related to real estate feasibility governance.Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and potential impacts on project outcomes. The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate development, feasibility analysis, or a related field.Strong understanding of real estate finance, Financial Modelling, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel and other relevant software tools.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in analysis and documentation.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with governance frameworks and compliance standards relevant to real estate development.Professional certifications such as CCIM, CFA, or similar credentials are a plus.
