Participates in analysis and strategy development that addresses short-term and long-term highly complex issues and problems as required by senior management. Mentors, trains, and developsothers.ResponsibilitiesDUTY1 / effort % (015)Prepares and presents plans, analyses, interpretations, conclusions andrecommendations toManagement and others on a broad range of problems as they arise.Management'srecommendations and decisions are frequently made on the basis ofanalyses for which theincumbent is solely responsible.DUTY2 / effort % (015)Provides expert advice and guidance on complex planning and analysisproblems to seniorplanning and analytical personnel and to Executive Management. Maximizesthe company'soperation with care and judgement for the best interest of the companyand Saudi ArabGovernment.DUTY3 / effort % (015)Provides data, studies, arguments and other materials to be used indiscussions withinternal and external stakeholders. Participates in such discussionswhen requested.Regularly monitors the development of existing and emerging technologiesto forecast theirviability and progress over time.DUTY4 / effort % (015)Prepares applicable sections of the Business Plan, relating tointernational and localeconomic and business environment and worldwide energy supply/demandoutlook and analysis.Designs and manages special projects or studies related to planning andanalysis functionsand areas of expertise.DUTY5 / effort % (010)Prepares summaries and analyses of Capital Programs, operatingexpenditures manpowerlevels, business plans, and operating activities, both company wide andfor individualorganizations within the Company.DUTY6 / effort % (010)Acts as ARAMCO's representative with internal and external stakeholders,such as othercompanies, Aramco affiliates and government agencies. Mentors youngprofessionals todevelop their analytical and research skills and recommends developmentto progress theirdevelopment.DUTY7 / effort % (010)Originates, organizes and implements management agreed studies andinvestigations intoplanning and analytical methods and procedures and reviews methods andprocedures in areaof expertise regularly to develop better techniques of analysis.DUTY8 / effort % (010)Organizes, mobilizes, supervises and evaluates outside consultants forsolving specificCompany problems as the need arises.
