MEP Quantity Surveyor - Major Projects - JeddahWith an excellent track record of commercially managing major M&E packages, you will have experience in pre and post contracts and have previously worked on major projects.The Role:As MEP Quantity Surveyor you would be responsible for managing major mechanical and electrical packages on this high profile scheme. This is a major high rise project.Remuneration Package:Very competitive tax free salaryCompany Overview:World leading Blue Chip international consultancy undertaking some of the highest profile projects across the globe, covering major rail, building and infrastructure projects. Within the Middle East they have an expanding portfolio of exciting schemes Essential Candidate Requirements:The candidate must have the following attributes:• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline from a Western Institution• Must have worked on major projects• Chartership preferred• High rise experience• Experience of managing large mechanical and electrical packages• Pre and post contract experience• Exceptional written and spoken English.• Have worked for Blue Chip consultancies/Contractors and have a stable track record with these companies.Individual Personal Attributes:You will be a team player with the ability to manage others, be an exceptional multi-tasker and have natural time management skills.
