This role is instrumental in facilitating smooth project operations, stakeholder communication, and adherence to best practices in project management.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIESAssist in aligning projects with the organization's strategic goals, ensuring they contribute effectively to overarching objectives.Aid in the implementation and maintenance of project management frameworks and methodologies, adhering to best practices.Assist in monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, contributing to optimal efficiency and effectiveness.Assist in preparing regular reports on project status, risks, and achievements for senior management.Support analysis of project execution and resource utilization to identify areas for improvement.Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive project dashboard.Support the PMO team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.Assist in liaising between project teams, senior management, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.Help manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns in a proactive manner.Assist in implementing risk management strategies for projects.Support the recruitment process, including job description development, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.Assist in managing the PMO budget and monitor project financials and quality, ensuring alignment with targets and standards. Promptly and effectively execute tasks and directives as assigned by senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and objectives.BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge, Skills and ExperienceKnowledge, Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 3-8 years in a relevant field Experience in Tax and Customs is preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required . Master's Degree is preferred. Certification in a relevant field / PMP is preferredFluency in English.COMMUNICATION - MAIN STAKEHOLDERSInternalExternalAll functions within the Department All related sectors and external organizations as required
