Setting up cost controlprocedures.Setting up budgets and the specifictool to follow the project costs.Estimation oftotal forecasts, Quantity/ costs, and expectedoutcomes.Provide risk analysis on EPCcontracts, whenever required by the project manager or the chiefoperation officer(COO), to point out the items with the mostsignificant impact on the cost.Commitmentcontrol and vendor/Subcontractors invoiceapproval.Assisting project managers inoptimizing and improving their budgetedprofits.Preparation of Change orders/Claimsand follow-up.Generation of Monthly internal(PMR)/external status reports (Clientreports)Development of Cash flowsmonthly.Involved in verifying the invoices toensure their accuracy.Development ofstatistical and close-out reports, with a view toward improvingfeedback data and estimation tools on future contracts, andproposals.Complying with and implementing bothcompany and client HSE management system objectives andprocedures.Complying with corporate Qualitystandards as stipulated in the quality manual and itsensuing.Complying with the applicable companyprocedures for this department as they aredocumented.
