What you bring •Experience working as a PM in a high-growth company •Financial or Fintech background, ideally in managing fraud and/orrisk • Great judgment making both strategic (what toprioritize) and tactical (feature scope) decisions •Driven demonstrable results by moving a product in the rightdirection • A strong sense of design and UX • Apassion for products that just work, even if the problems theysolve are boring and complicated • Outstandingcommunication and collaboration skills • Business-levelproficiency writing and speaking English. • Bonus:experience working remotely Key responsibilities • Buildsolutions together with the rest of the team that solve for fraud& risk monitoring services at Remote • Own notjust software implementation, but the end-to-end experience: Remotedelivers value through services powered by both humans and software• Lead on complex solutions without requiring support orinvolvement from senior members of the product team •Effectively manage internal expectations for complex projects,products, and features while navigating challenging prioritizationdecisions • Drive Remote in the right direction bybuilding an effective roadmap and strategy for your area of theproduct in fraud & risk • Break down strategicplans into near and mid-term goals that's easy for othersto understand • Align your product roadmap with higherlevel department and company problems we're working tosolve • Ship improvements quickly and iteratively,challenging yourself and counterparts to find minimal solutions toproblems • Support and leads a product team deliveringhigh throughput and high return on investment • Advancekey KPIs related to product team goals • Work togetherwith engineers and designers to build intricate solutions tocomplex problems • Communicate and collaborate internallyand externally • Communicate and evangelize the product,roadmap, and process changes inside and outside of Remote• Lead by example on asynchronous workflows andtransparency
