Coordinate, advise, train andcoach resources across the Department on the purpose andrequirements of the KPIs and act as a Custodian of theDepartment's Key PerformanceIndicators.Coordinate with relevant staffresponsible for KPIs performance (in Sections and external serviceproviders) to collect base KPI data and supportingevidence.Collaborate with stakeholders andreporters (internal and external) to agree levels ofperformance.Analyze KPIs performance andidentify trends from base data.Support andprovide insight to management on potential areas for improvementsin processes, procedures, and general operatingpractice.Maintain KPI reporting on a regularbasis and advise management and responsible reporters of anychanges in requirements.Prepare variousregular reports including internal Departmental KPI Reports(monthly), ad hoc reports as required.Organizeand lead KPIs Forum meetings and provide a secretarialservice.Attend, participate and contribute toteam and project meetings as required.Performother duties/ tasks as required.YourProfileBachelor's degree in civilengineering or relevant field10-12 years ofcumulative experience in a relevant field in large infrastructureprojectsExperience in tracking and monitoringdepartment's KPIAbility to produceexecutives' reports iscompulsory.Strong organizational,presentation, and customer serviceskillsAbility to influence and engagestakeholders and staff at all levels within theOrganization.Excellent communication skillsand ability to work in a multidisciplinaryteam.
