Customer Service Representativesto provide superior customer services to all customers calling thecall centre.Guide customers on available Ooredoo productand services, packages, value added servicesFollowstandard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues tothe appropriate internal teams.Ensure proper recordingand closure of all issues.Research, diagnose,troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customerissues.Agent to follow-up and check complaint statuswith the concerned department by emails.Communicate in ahelpful and friendly manner with every customer over thetelephoneLog in customer queries in Ooredoo provideApplications and resolve customer complaints in frontline itself orescalate to concerned dept.Manage large amounts ofinbound and outbound calls in a timely mannerFollowcommunication "scripts" when handling differenttopicsIdentify customers' needs, clarifyinformation, research every issue and provide solutions and/oralternativesSeize opportunities to upsell products whenthey ariseBuild sustainable relationships and engagecustomers by taking the extra mileKeep records of allconversations in our call center database in a comprehensiblewayFrequently attend educational seminars to improveknowledge and performance levelMeet personal/teamqualitative and quantitative targets
