Whether it is; managingmultiple client teams, leading IT internal audit engagements,external audit integration, or SOC reporting as well as assistingwith business development activities across financialservices' sectors, you will build strong relationshipsand become a trusted advisor to your clients. Skills and attributesfor success • Providing guidance and knowledge,participating in performing procedures focusing on complex,judgmental, and/or specialized issues • Working with theteam/client to create plans for accomplishing engagementobjectives.Making sure the strategy complies with professionalstandards and addresses the inherent risks. • Briefing theteam on the client's IT environment and industry ITtrends • Maintaining relationships with client management,managing expectations around work products, timing, anddeliverables billing • Demonstrating a thoroughunderstanding of complex information systems and theclient's business/industry. • Demonstratingexcellent project management skills, inspiring teamwork andresponsibility with team members. Using current technology/tools toenhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services To qualifyfor the role you must have • A bachelor's degreeand at least 4 years of related work experience • A degreein business, accounting, finance, computer science, informationsystems or a related discipline • Approximately 4 years ofexperience working as an IT auditor or IT risk advisor for a publicaccounting firm, professional services firm or financial servicescompany, or comparable experience as an advisor to a financialservices company • Solid experience leading IT internalaudit, external audit, service organization control reportingand/or IT internal controls engagements and assisting with businessdevelopment activities within financial services •Experience with internal audit risk assessments, SOX/internalcontrols, Service Organization Control (SOC) reporting, tools andenablers in the financial services sector • Strong projectmanagement skills • Advanced written and verbalcommunication skills and presentation skills • Excellentleadership, teamwork and client service skills Ideally,you'll also have CPA, CA, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CBCP, CIA orCFE certification is desired; non-certified hires are required tobecome certified within 1 year from the date of hire.
