As our Rider Acquisition andPartnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing andgrowing strategic 3pl partnerships and scaling the fleet as percountry needs while ensuring 100% legalcompliance.What's OnYour Plate?Scale up the fleet while ensuring100% complianceDevelop and implement bestpractices for rider acquisition via various acquisition &marketing channels.Achieving monthly hiringtargets which align with the country supplyplanDevelop a strong community within thelocal rider management teams, to ensure the quality of standards,experience, and adherence to regional and localprocesses.Build, maintain and partially ownstrong relationships with all 3PL partners across thecountry.Develop the infrastructure,technology, and processes required for large-scale onboarding ofriders.Create the right incentives and/orpenalties for 3rd parties to achieve their hiringtargetsBe the voice of the 3rd party toTalabat: Listen to the challenges and find solutions within theinternal team.
