Senior Electrical Engineer

We require a Senior Electrical Engineer to design, develop or supervise the installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial, industrial, or utility use. Description: - Confer with engineers, customers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products. - Design, implement, and improve electrical facilities and systems for commercial, industrial, and utility purposes. - Extensive knowledge of CAD, MS office, etc. - Direct and coordinate construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements. - Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish construction and installation standards and specifications. - Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment and/or the solicitations of labor. - Supervise and train project team members as necessary. - Oversee ongoing works to assure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget. - Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements. - Investigate customer complaints, determine the nature and extent of the problem, and recommend remedial measures. - Develop budgets, estimated labor, estimated materials, and costs. - Compile data and write reports regarding existing and potential engineering studies and projects. - Conduct field surveys and study maps, graphs, diagrams, and other data to identify project requirements. - Maintain a high level of integrity and discipline with a strong work ethic. - Well-organized and able to work under deadlines. - Ability to develop and maintain detailed schedules, ensure adherence to quality standards, and maintain policies and procedures. -Strong cost reporting skills and techniques. - Experience in the identification, monitoring and reporting of project risks. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. - 6 years’ experience in electrical engineering or a related field. - Should possess an EWA HV Engineering License. - Strong command in English.
