Your primary responsibility will be to educate patients about their conditions, treatments, and medications, helping them navigate their healthcare journey with confidence and understanding. Collaborating closely with healthcare providers, you will ensure coordinated care and provide invaluable support to patients and their families. Provide personalized support and guidance to patients, addressing their questions, concerns, and informational needs throughout their healthcare journey. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care and effective communication between patients and their care teams. Develop and deliver educational materials, presentations, and resources tailored to the specific needs and preferences of diverse patient populations. Conduct follow-up sessions with patients to assess their understanding of medical information, adherence to treatment regimens, and overall progress. Stay informed about advancements in medical research, treatment options, and healthcare practices relevant to the patient population served. Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, educational sessions, and outcomes to facilitate continuity of care and program evaluation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including nurses, physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to address holistic patient needs. Participate in community outreach initiatives, support groups, and educational events to raise awareness about health issues and promote preventive care strategies.Required Qualifications/Experience Medical Background: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Medical Education or related field. Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English, adept at conveying medical information. Saudi National. Patient Education Experience: Proven track record in patient education, preferably in healthcare - Minimum 2 years. Empathy and Compassion: Ability to connect with patients and understand their needs. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Skilled in working with healthcare teams. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using medical devices and technology.
