We are committed to promoting legal literacy and a sense of community through our social communication channels which feature a variety of legal materials relevant to the region, the European Union, and the Americas.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Corporate Associate. The Corporate Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to, due diligence, contract negotiation, preparing agreements, conducting research and analysis, and providing support to senior lawyers. The candidate should also be willing to work in a team setting and take on additional responsibilities as required.QualificationsExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in corporate law and financeExperience in conducting due diligence and preparing agreementsAdditional qualifications that will be beneficial for the candidate include, being a qualified lawyer with 2-3 years of relevant experience, having knowledge of Qatari laws, regulations and business environment, and an excellent command of English with knowledge of Arabic being an asset.
