We are looking for an experinced Front Desk Associate for a luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar.Responsibilities include the following:Provide our guests with unparalleled hospitality, from an effortless arrival and departure experience in a gracious and polite mannerHost and welcome all guests in a natural and spontaneous manner to make our guests feel welcome whilst they spend their time with usPrepare all the arrival arrangement and process check-in for Residences GuestsUpdate the guest preference, feedback and comments on to the guest profile sectionCoordinate with all concerned departments to fulfill guest needs and requestsProvide concierge service to guest during the stayFood & Beverage support to the Residences lounge
