It has grown from a strong base, focusing on serving the needs of the nation and its citizens, contributing to the Kingdom's construction and development, and always operating within the framework of Shariah principles.The Bank has the largest branch network distributed throughout the Kingdom, the largest ATM network and over 8000 POS installed with merchants all over the Kingdom.ROLE PROFILEJOB TITLE: Operations Risk ManagerREPORTS TO: Head of Risk ManagementFUNCTION: Management of Operations RiskPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:Develop and maintain an overall operational risk policy that is in line with the overall bank's risk and strategic policies.Develop and oversee operational risk management for products, processes, and systems (both soft and hardware).Identify areas of weaknesses in policies, procedures, and built-in controls and mitigants and recommend improvements.Interact with business units in better understanding the risks and controls and how to manage the same in their daily work.Job SpecificationMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree, preferably in accounting + professional degrees, preferably in risk, audit (external or internal), IT control, fraud examination.5+ years of experience in risk management and operations.Excellent experience in risk identification, assessment, and management at corporate and business unit levels. In addition, good experience in internal controls identification, design, and implementation.Very good understanding of the Basel II accord.Project management knowledge and skills.Understanding of financial reporting and corporate governance.Excellent communication, team leading skills, and constructive thinking.Ability in treating managerial issues.Strong knowledge of stochastic processes including Monte Carlo analysis of interest rates and other indices.Compensation PackageSalary: NegotiableOther Benefits: Medical Insurance for employee and dependents, paid vacation with return air tickets (as per Bank's policy) for self, spouse, and two minor children.
