Job Title: Senior Business Development Specialist Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales

  1. Identify and qualify potential new business opportunities.
  2. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  3. Execute effective business development strategies and plans.
  4. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
  6. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.

2. Client Relationship Management

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  2. Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
  3. Foster long-term client relationships.

3. Market Research & Analysis

  1. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  2. Provide insights and recommendations to improve products, services, or sales strategies.

4. Communication & Presentation

  1. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
  2. Develop and maintain strong written and verbal communication skills.

5. Collaboration

  1. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations.
  2. Ensure seamless communication and coordination across all departments and trace progress as needed.
Qualifications:
  1. Nationality: Saudi National a MUST
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  3. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a proven record of meeting sales targets and driving new business.
  4. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
