ASMO is a groundbreaking joint venture between DHL and Aramco. Inheriting DHL's logistics excellence and Aramco's extensive supply chain ecosystem, we are here to set a new benchmark and redefine the procurement and supply chain landscape, enabling growth. ASMO aims to be operational in 2025 and provide reliable end-to-end integrated procurement and supply chain services for companies across the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its Affiliates. In the long term, all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia aim to reach the MENA region. Objectives: The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor and consultant to business units, aligning HR practices with organizational goals. This role is responsible for providing expert guidance on HR matters, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. We are looking for a proactive and skilled HR Business Partner to manage the HR function, contribute to the design and implementation of HR processes and support initiatives, and fulfil ASMO's resource requirements in line with business strategy, industry best practices, and local legal requirements. General Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with senior leaders and business units to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Provide day-to-day HR support, including addressing employee issues, managing performance processes, and advising on HR best practices.
  3. Coordinate and lead HR projects and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and support business objectives.
  4. Work with managers to identify talent needs, manage workforce planning, and support employee development and engagement initiatives.
  5. Implement HR policies and ensure adherence across business units, leveraging HR systems for streamlined operations.
  6. Prepare and present reports on HR metrics such as employee performance and turnover. Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or equivalent from a recognized university.
  2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in partnering with business units and providing strategic HR support.
  3. SHRM or CIPD is preferred.
Skills:
  1. Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  3. Ability to manage complex HR issues and collaborate effectively with senior leadership.
  4. Proficiency in data analysis for HR reporting and strategic planning.
