Franchise Manager, Men's Health – GEM As a Franchise Manager, you will be responsible for increasing the number of patients treated with and market share of franchise products throughout the assigned territory, while developing and leveraging relationships with medical Key Opinion Leaders, hospital administration, and medical societies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain awareness of industry, competition, health care, and economic trends and their impact on franchise short-term and long-term business plans, adjusting plans as needed to reflect market conditions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and accounts by developing and leveraging relationships in high-growth opportunity accounts and Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and activities to grow the number of patients treated with defined franchise products including cross-sectional patient identification and patient referral.
  • Articulate solutions and added-value programs. Ability to communicate conceptual and strategic topics outside the product.
  • Ensure increasing numbers of patient treatment and clinical success through the education and training of physicians and hospital staff including patient identification and referral, implant, follow-up, and ongoing patient monitoring procedures.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, HEMA, HS&P, and the sales team on an account level to remove barriers and introduce solutions/tools (e.g., Patient Identification Tool).
  • Educate local sales teams to take over projects in identified accounts after successful project implementation and focus on developing the next account.
  • Be passionate about growing a business or therapy; comfortable addressing a cross-section of stakeholders within an account; internally collaborate with functions and sales team to develop and execute optimal strategies by account.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of specialized field.
  • Broad product context and therapies knowledge.
  • In-depth knowledge of business unit functions and cross-group dependencies.
  • Develop solutions to diverse business problems of high complexity which require regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
  • Analyze situations or data with in-depth evaluation of various factors.
  • Exercise judgment within practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining solutions; evaluate impact on business and results.
  • Plan and organize project assignments of substantial variety and complexity.
  • Considerable latitude on specialized projects, determining objectives of assignment.
  • Select methods and techniques to lead a project to completion.
  • Develop departmental policies and procedures, new techniques, and standards.
  • Interface with senior management on significant matters; may lead specialized project teams which have a broad impact on the company utilizing cross-functional resources.
  • Guide the successful completion of major programs and often function in a project leadership role.
  • Recognize that the effects of decisions are long-lasting and influence the future course of the organization.
  • Understand that errors in judgment or failure to achieve results would result in the expenditure of large amounts of company resources.
  • Serve as a consultant to management and special external spokesperson for the organization on major matters pertaining to its policies, projects, or objectives.
  • Use diplomacy and tact to diffuse high-tension situations, particularly with senior-level internal and external contacts.
  • Participate in the development of others by facilitating training and providing feedback and guidance.
