Our client is a leading global financial services firm founded in 2018. Their operations span multiple jurisdictions including the UK, UAE, EU, South Africa, Australia, and the USA. As the Business Development Team Leader, this role is central to the development and success of the clients' Pathway Advisors. The individual will work collaboratively with other managers to provide the structure, training, and support needed to help these advisors succeed while contributing to the overall strength and efficiency of the advice units. By empowering Pathway Advisors, the Business Development Team Leader will play a vital role in building the foundation for the clients' future growth and client service excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Pathway Advisor Development: Deliver structured training, mentorship, and ongoing support for Pathway Advisors, guiding them toward professional growth and independent advisory roles.
Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with other managers and the leadership team to align strategies, ensure consistency across advice units, and drive continuous improvement.
Onboarding and Integration: Support the smooth onboarding of new Pathway Advisors, helping them adapt quickly to the company’s processes, culture, and expectations.
Performance Management: Monitor the progress and performance of Pathway Advisors, providing regular feedback, setting clear goals, and addressing development areas to ensure they meet and exceed expectations.
Process and Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with managers to refine workflows and develop scalable processes that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the advice units.
Team Building and Engagement: Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture that encourages continuous learning, accountability, and high standards of professionalism.
Client Service Excellence: Ensure Pathway Advisors are equipped to deliver consistent high-quality advice and service to clients, upholding the clients' reputation for excellence.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in developing and mentoring junior professionals, ideally within financial services or a related industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire, guide, and collaborate effectively with advisors and managers.
Familiarity with structured training programs and development pathways.
Knowledge of financial planning processes, standards, and regulations in key jurisdictions.
A passion for building talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and client service excellence.
